In this video, we’ll show you a new product from Continental – torsional vibration dampers with overrunning function, which ensure smooth engine running.
The crankshaft in a car generates vibrations, which are transmitted via the belt pulley and belt to the entire belt drive. Torsional vibration dampers from Continental suppress the vibrations with their integrated rubber track and, as a result, relieve the strain on the belt and all ancillary units.
