Question: how sustainable is the aftermarket?

Save electricity, generate solar power, buy fair trade coffee – everyone is talking about sustainability and it has long since become part of our daily lives. The latest studies show that the majority of people are willing to pay more money for it too. But how much of an impact does this trend really have on drivers when choosing a workshop? And what are workshops actually doing to act more sustainably? We have been conducting a major study to analyze these and many other questions. To this end, we teamed up with a well-known market research institute to question thousands of drivers as well as hundreds of independent workshops in Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Spain.
