Tomorrow, today: automechanika 2024

Electric mobility, sustainability, autonomous driving – the automobile is in the midst of the biggest transformation in its history. Which poses a couple of intriguing questions: What challenges lie in store for the aftermarket? And how do we tackle them effectively in times of soaring costs and a shortage of skilled workers? automechanika 2024 is sure to have at least some of the answers. The industry’s largest international trade fair will be opening its doors to the manufacturing industry, workshops and retailers on 10–14 September in Frankfurt.

With this message front and center, we will be showcasing new solutions that allow retailers and workshops to work in a more efficient, more sustainable way and, in so doing, stand out effectively from the competition. 

Spoiler alert: we will also be presenting a brand new group of products that are used beyond automotive drive systems but can also bring their talents to bear in electrified vehicles. “Here, we are demonstrating our deep understanding of repair and maintenance requirements in the automotive sector and providing the aftermarket with the solutions that will also be needed in the future, regardless of the drive technology in question,” explains Christian Pfiz, Head of Product Management EMEA. The show will additionally mark the global debut for a new multi V-belt that sets new standards for environmental compatibility and climate protection.
