Personal data entered by you is collected, processed and used by ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH for the purpose of the event-driven contact with you. Insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract, the data may be passed on to the companies affiliated with ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH pursuant to sections 15 et seqq. of the German Stock Corporation Act as stipulated in the Binding Corporate Rules of Continental.
If permitted and/or prescribed by law, the data may be evaluated for reporting purposes (e.g., statistics).
Your data will be collected, processed and used solely in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations (e.g., your consent).
In ensuring the provision of technical support, we transmit data to our service providers, KRISPIN Marketing Management, Vahrenwalder Straße 7, 30165 Hanover and com&on GmbH, Leisewitzstr. 47, 30175 Hannover. The service providers collect and process your personal data on our behalf insofar as this is necessary to execute the contract on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement. In accordance with the statutory provisions, all your data is treated as strictly confidential.
Collection and processing of data
ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH only stores personal data relating to users of its websites if consent for this has been provided. The only data that is stored relates to the date and time of the visit, the pages visited, cursor use on the website, the page functions used, and the website from which the user accessed ContiTech Antriebssysteme GmbH’s websites. The IP address is transmitted anonymously and is only used to assign a geographical location at the city level. Protection of stored data
